Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving both small package order fulfillment and the assembly of large skid orders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both manual processes and forklifts, and will take pride in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is for our fast growing brand and is an opportunity to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping Duties:
  • Pick, pack, and ship small package orders promptly and accurately.
  • Assemble, wrap, and prepare large skid orders for freight shipment.
  • Create and affix shipping labels and ensure correct documentation.
  • Receiving Duties:
  • Unload incoming shipments from full trucks using a forklift.
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and potential damage.
  • Verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Organize and store incoming materials in designated areas.
  • General Warehouse Support:
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory systems.
  • Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Indoor warehouse environment with occasional exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
