Our client, renewable energy company is seeking a Staff Accountant to support core finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and monthly close processes. With billions in clean energy projects deployed nationwide, the organization partners with major corporations to drive decarbonization and community impact.

Requirements

  • BS, Accounting OR business related with CPA Track
  • Min of one year in AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries
  • Advanced Excel (there will be a test)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Prepare invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Record cash transactions and support monthly/quarterly close
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure 1099 compliance
  • Reconcile AP/AR aging reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Support process improvements and special projects
