You will take a proactive role supporting the Project Executive while enhancing communications with Stakeholders and the project team to promote and facilitate integration on the project. This role involves maintaining project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible while reviewing and processing project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within the Project Management financial system and confirming accuracy against the budget and/or contract.What your day-to-day will look like:Take a proactive role supporting the Project ExecutiveEnhance communications with Stakeholders and the project team to promote and facilitate integration on the projectMaintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updatesEnsure all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessibleReview and process project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within the Project Management financial systemConfirm accuracy against the budget and/or contractCoordinate with team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best resultsSupport large scale complex Corporate Interiors renovation project activitiesCollaborate with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlinesRequired Qualifications:5+ years practical experience in construction or accountingStrong verbal & written communication skills & meticulous attention to detailWell-versed in construction methodologies and proceduresAbility to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best resultsAbility to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointDetail-oriented and organized with a proactive and self-motivated attitudeInterest in the commercial real estate industry and property managementPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementExperience with PMWeb or similar project management softwareExperience with financial services clients and corporate interiors projectsKnowledge of budget management and financial tracking systemsUnderstanding of change order processes and contract administrationExperience with vendor management and proposal evaluationKnowledge of construction documentation and reporting requirementsLocation:Onsite Estimated compensation for this position:70,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
