The Marek Group, a leader in cloud-based marketing software solutions, is immediately seeking a success driven Account Manager to join our team of entrepreneurial individuals. This position is an opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with successful, service oriented communication skills and project management abilities.
The key role of the Account Manager is strategic implementation of our clients marketing and sales support activities. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for day to day client and project management while providing support for all marketing activities with a focus on those that most quickly and cost effectively exceeds our clients' sales expectations.
As an Customer Success Manager with The Marek Group your major responsibilities will be to:
- Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to build a good working relationship with the client. Ensure an understanding of the client's needs and objectives while effectively managing resources to meet budget and deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinates project activities with business, technical and IT service organizations (e.g. project schedules, status)
- Assess projects and identifies essential tasks; reprioritizes tasks dynamically during the project; performs risk assessments; identifies and evaluates alternatives
- Manage ongoing account service and project management, development of new opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, and solicitation of referrals. Coordinate client review meetings to review solutions and ensure customer value. Solicit and report on feedback to ensure Marek is providing the highest value.
- Develop campaigns and manage resources to meet client goals and objectives while maintaining knowledge transfer and service standards while managing budget and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Top candidates for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, 3-5 years of account management experience (preferably in a client contact capacity), and strong knowledge and application of marketing tools and techniques with a proven track record in the implementation of strategic online communications campaigns. Our Account Managers must also display broad knowledge of client goals and objectives and can interface with and influence IT and business management.
