About the Role (W2 Contract)

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our Pharma eCommerce Operations and Digital Marketing team.

In this contract position, you'll play a key role in shaping the content experience across a leading pharmaceutical eCommerce platform—crafting compelling digital copy that drives engagement, conversion, and customer retention.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation initiative within a top healthcare organization. You'll collaborate closely with product, UX, marketing, and content teams to ensure every message informs, educates, and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality marketing content for eCommerce experience pages and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand standards, editorial guidelines, and messaging strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, research, marketing, and legal.
  • Enrich product data and digital assets using PIM and DAM systems.
  • Support technical content and data accuracy initiatives as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content.
  • Contribute to broader content strategy discussions to improve the user journey through thoughtful copy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in
    eCommerce
    ;
    B2B experience
    preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    UX writing
    ,
    content strategy
    , and
    digital content design
    is a plus.
  • Experience using
    Adobe Workfront
    and/or
    Jira
    preferred.
  • Background in the
    healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
    strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of
    digital marketing and eCommerce content
    .

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
