Atlanta, Georgia, United States Edible brands Full time

Sr. Director, Digital Transformation

Edible Brands was launched in 2022 to bring together powerful, purpose-led brands under one unified vision: to enrich everyday life through celebration, nourishment, and wellness. Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 700+ locations worldwide—each designed to spark joy, fuel wellness, and build lasting connections. Though diverse, our brands are bound by a shared purpose to celebrate life and health.

Our portfolio spans Edible Arrangements, the iconic gifting brand; Rōti, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant; , a trusted marketplace for low-dosage THC CBD & wellness products. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way — a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.

The Big Picture

The Senior Director of Digital Transformation will lead Edible Brands' "NEXT" digital function — responsible for identifying, developing, and launching new digital platforms, products, and capabilities that will define the future of our digital ecosystem. This leader will partner closely with Digital Experience & Performance, Digital Product & Operations, Technology, and Brand teams to drive growth through platform transformation, new revenue opportunities, and innovation pilots. Once initiatives are live, they transition ownership to our Digital Experience & Performance ("NOW") team for ongoing management and optimization.

This role bridges strategy and delivery — driving forward major digital transformation initiatives including platform migrations (e.g., to Shopify), new app experiences, digital retail media networks, and next-gen technology explorations. The Sr. Director will act as a key thought partner to senior leadership, guiding the company's digital roadmap and ensuring we stay ahead of evolving consumer, technology, and market trends.

Location: This position will be onsite at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA with opportunities to work remotely on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day:

  • Lead strategic exploration and definition of new digital opportunities and growth platforms across all Edible Brands businesses.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of new digital initiatives — from opportunity assessment through to go-live and transition to operational teams.
  • Partner with the Director of Product to define MVPs, business cases, and roadmaps for new platforms or experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience & Performance team ("NOW" team) to ensure initial alignment, consultation, and seamless transition of new digital products into ongoing optimization.
  • Build and maintain a 3-year "NEXT Digital Portfolio" outlining the vision, pipeline, and expected impact of upcoming initiatives.
  • Serve as the digital business owner for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., migration to Shopify, Retail Media Network exploration and potential launch, new app exploration) across Edible Brands' consume brands.
  • Partner with Technology and Operations to evaluate vendors, platforms, and solutions aligned to Edible's long-term digital vision.
  • Evangelize innovation and experimentation, fostering a culture of test-and-learn across the digital organization.
  • Establish and manage project resourcing plans as initiatives scale; identify future talent needs (e.g., Sr. Specialist, Digital Transformation; PMO support; Business Analyst).

What You Bring (Experience, Knowledge & Skills):

  • 8+ years of experience leading digital strategy, transformation, or innovation at a multi-brand consumer or eCommerce organization.
  • Proven success launching new digital platforms or products from concept through go-live.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build business cases balancing growth potential and operational feasibility.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Technology, and Marketing functions in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify or other enterprise platforms a plus).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence at executive levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid learning.

How You Work (Key Attributes)

  • Data-obsessed and performance-minded, with a focus on turning insights into immediate business impact.
  • Strategic operator, able to connect digital investment decisions and opportunities to broader business and brand goals.
  • Collaborative communicator, partnering seamlessly with creative, digital, and operations teams.
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented, ensuring efficiency and excellence across media planning and execution.
  • Innovative problem-solver, continuously exploring new channels, technologies, and optimization levers.
  • Confident, measured leader, skilled at managing complexity, people, and partners with clarity and accountability.
