Overview

We are seeking to add to our team a dynamic team player Sales Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the dealership's sales department. This includes managing the sales team, achieving performance goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in automotive sales and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the General Manager and F&I department to maximize profitability
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture within the team
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure every client receives a top-tier buying experience

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in CRM and dealership management software (e.g., Dealertrack, VinSolutions, vAuto)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
