Position Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Retail Sales & Operations Manager to oversee store leadership, drive sales growth, and support an engaging retail environment. This role is hands-on and requires being present on the sales floor to lead by example, coach employees, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and uphold a positive customer experience.
  • Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and team coaching.
  • Train and develop team members to consistently meet performance and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and maintain vendor communication.
  • Review sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and adjust store strategy.
  • Assist with HR-related responsibilities (scheduling, onboarding, performance coaching).
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and product presentation.

Base Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
