Location: Omaha, Nebraska (On-site, Full Time)

Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving Nebutek's growth by managing top-of-funnel activities across marketing and sales functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone energetic, creative, and eager to contribute in a high-responsibility environment. You'll work closely with leadership to build brand visibility, nurture customer relationships, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content & Campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral including one-pagers, brochures, and slide decks.
- Create and execute marketing email campaigns and newsletters.
- Manage and repurpose content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
- Support podcast production — coordinate guests, publishing, and promotion.
- Track and report performance metrics for marketing activities.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with company goals.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and identify growth opportunities.
- Track analytics and report key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Manage and maintain Pipedrive CRM to track leads, activities, and pipeline health.
- Research and identify potential prospects and partners.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure accurate, timely data entry into the CRM.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule demos.
- Coordinate product demos, ensuring proper setup and materials.
- Capture customer feedback and share insights with leadership.
- Assist in proposal preparation and client communications.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Generate monthly reports on key marketing and sales metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance and sales processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with strategic company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Pipedrive CRM.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $70,000 based on level of education and experience.
