Requirements:
1 year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep.
Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner.
Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer.
The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team member
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals for the kitchen and dietary department
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food handling role is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
