Following the launch of our U.S. operations, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our growing team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in building our commercial footprint in the U.S., working closely with the Sales Director to drive revenue, forge strategic partnerships, and shape the future of our brand in a new market.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading client-facing sales initiatives, managing sponsorship pipelines, and supporting the development of scalable commercial strategies. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of sports and entertainment clients, helping them unlock new revenue streams and build lasting brand partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience, a passion for sport and entertainment, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Sales Delivery: Drive sponsorship sales revenue on behalf of a variety of clients, managing the full sales cycle from strategy to deal conversion.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain robust sales pipelines, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and conversion.
- Team Leadership: Support and motivate Sales Executives in early-stage opportunity development and outreach.
- Client Relationships: Manage day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring alignment on strategy, reporting, and live deals.
- Pitching & Negotiation: Lead the creation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
- Networking & Representation: Attend industry events and represent Red Tiger Marketing and our clients in commercial forums.
- Strategic Input: Leverage market insights and performance data to refine sales strategies and inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers at brands and rights holders to secure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' high-performance sales experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different cultures and markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. sports and entertainment landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- A can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset – someone who sees solutions, not problems.
