About the Role:

Bayou Crafting Company is looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated individual to join our team part-time. This position focuses on managing custom orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and process custom orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and messenger platforms.
  • Ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience from inquiry to final product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, artwork files, and communications.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Assist with general shop organization and daily operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Fabrica, and email platforms.
  • Previous customer service or order management experience is a plus.
