We're looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to represent AT&T inside top retail stores. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll engage with customers, promote products, and close sales—all while building valuable skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Introduce shoppers to AT&T's latest products and services in our partner retail locations
  • Drive sales and hit daily/weekly goals
  • Report to both our office and retail partners
  • Learn proven sales and communication strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service a plus (but not required)
  • Formal or Informal Leadership experience
  • Strong people skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual is a bonus
