Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Hospitality Partnerships
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates-based New York, Florida, San Francisco, or Las Vegas)
Duration: 12 months contract
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to help expand our hotel partnerships. In this role, you'll focus on identifying, pitching, and acquiring new hotel partners for our global travel platform. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and handoff — ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality hotel supply for our guests.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving team that's reshaping how travelers discover and book accommodations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage potential hotel partners through outbound outreach (calls, emails, campaigns, networking).
- Convert cold leads into warm opportunities and close new supply partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to signed contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (onboarding, operations, marketing) to ensure new hotels go live successfully.
- Analyze market trends to target key regions and optimize partner acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Build long-term relationships with hotels to ensure mutual growth and success.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record in hospitality, travel tech, OTA, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable engaging with hotel owners and general managers.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience acquiring hotel or accommodation partners for an OTA, booking platform, or travel marketplace.
- Understanding of hotel distribution models, rate structures, and property management systems.
- Prior success managing both volume-based and relationship-driven sales.
