Position: Customer Service Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time
Atlas Sign Industries is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team In this role, you'll provide essential support to our Customer Service Coordinators and work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both data and client communication in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Enter new work orders into Atlas' preferred systems for accurate tracking and visibility.
- Manage high-volume data entry, including order processing on the front end and billing on the back end.
- Cross-train with other Customer Service Coordinators to gain proficiency across client platforms, portals, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and subcontractors to gather necessary documentation, including completion travelers, photos, and signed job forms for billing purposes.
- Prepare and submit billing packets to accounting for final invoicing.
- Assist with gathering and verifying sales tax percentages for the department.
- Act as a liaison between Accounting and the Service Department to resolve any invoicing issues and support process improvements.
- Adhere to established scheduling requirements and departmental deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Sign industry experience is required.
- Previous experience in accounting or working closely with billing and invoicing processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with internal platforms and systems.
- Ability to follow processes effectively while contributing to team-wide learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a related role preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position involves regular activities such as walking, light lifting (20 lbs. or less), grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Work is performed primarily indoors in an office setting.
