The Product Owner plays a key role in translating business requirements into detailed product stories and managing the day-to-day backlog for their squad. Working within an agile environment, this role ensures timely delivery of high-quality, valuable software aligned to the product roadmap. Scope of ownership: Up to 2 development teams within a single product suite; includes multiple features/themes.

What that means day-to-day:

Backlog Management

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on business value and feasibility.
  • Work with stakeholders and Product Managers to define requirements and success metrics.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
  • Communicate risks and progress to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Communicate status and risks effectively to internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar agile delivery role.
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
