About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager – Solutions Strategy & Go-to-Market,
focused on biometric-based identity management solutions. This role will be central to our transition from a hardware-focused business to a software- and solutions-driven model. Based in the United States (East Coast preferred), you will define and execute our go-to-market approach, build strategic partnerships, and represent IDEMIA Smart Biometrics with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with development teams in France and India, and with global sales and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research, ecosystem mapping, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the US identity and access management market
- Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners to accelerate adoption of IDEMIA solutions
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and value propositions that shape product strategy
- Define, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with global business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams in France and India to deliver product enhancements, new features, and integrations
- Support sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams with product positioning, sales tools, and customer engagement materials
- Act as a visible representative of IDEMIA at industry events, conferences, and associations to strengthen brand presence
- Travel regularly within the US (monthly) and internationally (France and India several times per year) to connect with teams, partners, and customers
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 12–15 years of experience in digital product management, ideally with exposure to identity, security, or access management
- Proven ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies for software and digital solutions
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with OEMs, integrators, or channel partners
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and collaborate across multiple time zones
- Comfort working in a customer-facing capacity as well as with technical development teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in identity management, logical access control, or biometrics
- Background with SaaS and cloud-based platforms, and familiarity with mobile applications
- Understanding of both on-premise and cloud architectures for enterprise solutions
- Track record of success in B2B product strategy and solution promotion
