Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Manager at Mango Automotive, you won't just write repair orders — you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing service team. You'll manage skilled technicians, hold the line on quality, and ensure every customer experience exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by consistently exceeding their expectations.
• Workflow Management: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of repair orders to maximize efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
• Inventory Management: Manage parts and supplies inventory to minimize downtime.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the service department budget effectively.
• Training and Development: Continuously develop the skills of your team through training and coaching.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding service department goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in automotive repair processes and systems.
• Knowledge of industry software (e.g., TekMetric).
