What You'll Do

  • Drive new business through P&C insurance sales (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)
  • Follow up on hot leads — no cold calling
  • Provide personalized coverage recommendations to help clients protect what matters most
  • Build lasting relationships and grow your book of business
  • Maintain high closing ratios in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in P&C insurance sales (Allstate experience a plus)
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Current 2-20 or 4-40 Florida insurance license
