Transactional Attorney
with 5
+ years of experience
to join their team
onsite or hybrid
. This Attorney will have experience with
corporate transactions, M&A, real estate, and commercial contracts
, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in advisory and deal-related matters.

Offer
Salary range:
$250,000-$375,000
, contingent on experience and book of business

Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed in Florida and have at least 5 years of experience in transactional law.

Experience with mid-market and upper-market corporate transactions, real estate deals, and contract negotiation is required.

Responsibilities
Strong client development skills and portable business preferred.

Provide legal counsel on corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financing.

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements, and operating agreements.

Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals efficiently.

Support business development and contribute to firm growth in the Tampa market.
