Your Opportunity

As Dowco's next Production Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our crews' success. You'll guide the people who make our work exceptional, build systems that keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every client sees the pride you bring to your profession reflected in their property.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Hold a Category 3 Commercial Pesticide Applicator license and love sharing your turf care expertise.
  • Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of lawns, timing, and results.
  • Lead with clarity, motivate teams, and hold high standards—because you care about doing things right.
  • Think strategically, communicate well, and make smart financial decisions (P&L, margins, budgets, cash flow).
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean record.
  • Speak both English and Spanish (a strong plus).
  • Are legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we cannot sponsor visas).

What You'll Lead

  • Mentor Crew Leaders and Field Supervisors so their teams can achieve and exceed production goals.
  • Ensure crews are equipped, supported, and scheduled efficiently.
  • Keep operations seamless—through planning, communication, and accountability.
  • Maintain Dowco's quality reputation with consistent inspections and improvement.
  • Build a team that embodies professionalism, pride, and teamwork.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver on Dowco's commitment to 100% client retention.
  • Strengthen subcontractor partnerships to expand our service capacity.
  • Protect Dowco's financial health by managing overtime, efficiency, and gross profit.
  • Help shape future investments in equipment and safety initiatives.
