Lead the strategic vision and operational execution of enterprise platform services that enable seamless client delivery, robust data operations, and secure DevOps practices. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with software engineering and enterprise shared service teams to deliver world-class platform capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership& Vision

  • Define and execute comprehensive platform services strategy supporting client delivery, data operations, DevOps transformation, and enterprise support functions
  • Align platform capabilities with business objectives and customer expectations through strategic partnerships across product, engineering, data, security, and infrastructure teams

Client Delivery Excellence

  • Orchestrate end-to-end client delivery processes, including third-party software installation, configuration, and integration to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences
  • Optimize service delivery operations through performance metrics, SLA management, and continuous improvement frameworks focused on customer satisfaction

Data Platform Management

  • Oversee enterprise data integration, transformation, and delivery pipelines ensuring high-quality, secure, and timely data availability for internal analytics and external client consumption
  • Design and operate scalable data pipelines and APIs that support internal analytics and external client consumption in alignment with enterprise capabilities

Platform Operations& Support

  • Lead platform operations, managing incident response, break/fix support, and service request fulfillment with emphasis on minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal platform performance and reliability

Cybersecurity& Compliance

  • Establish comprehensive vulnerability management programs including detection, remediation, and reporting processes across all platform infrastructure and client-facing systems
  • Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards (GDPR, SOX, etc.)

DevOps Transformation

  • Champion DevOps best practices including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, and automated testing to accelerate deployment velocity and enhance system reliability
  • Drive cultural transformation toward DevOps methodologies across engineering and operations teams

Team Leadership& Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across engineering, support, and operations functions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity while promoting professional development and career growth

Service Management

  • Defining services, SLAs, etc to reiterate the ITSM side of the house

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience - Required
  • Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) and/or LOMA certification - Preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years experience in project management, programming, or systems analysis - Required
  • 2+ years management experience and/or technical leadership in IT - Required
  • 5+ years people management and team leadership experience - Required
  • Experience in Service Management

  • Highly advanced project management skills, demonstrating ability to evaluate project objectives and scope, analyzes objectives for feasibility, and gain business understanding - Required

Compensation Range:

$123, $184,050.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
