Quality Meats & Culinary Specialties, headquartered in Detroit Michigan, is hiring Sales Representatives in the Southeastern Michigan area. We are a leader in center of the plate proteins, desserts, appetizers, chocolates, culinary products and bakery ingredients. We service restaurants, bars, country clubs, caterers, casinos, sports and entertainment venues and institutions. Sales Representatives will be responsible to manage new and existing accounts throughout the companies delivery area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new customers
  • Present and sell company products to existing customer
  • Manage and grow business based on assigned objectives

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in foodservice & retail sales required - Candidates without this background will not be considered and need not apply
  • Exceptions will be considered for current and former Chefs
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as profit percentages and gross margins.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
