Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage customer accounts by engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their service needs.
  • Train alongside experienced team members to become fully versed in Verizon's offerings.
  • Work directly with customers providing expert guidance and top-tier service.
  • Address questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Manage the full customer journey—from consultation to installation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with fellow Verizon Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive environment.

Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and problem-solving mindset when addressing customer challenges.
  • Knowledge of wireless carriers, mobile devices, or internet services is a plus but not required.
  • Previous experience as a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative or in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
