  • Oversee daily center operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and organized environment for children and staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with Texas Minimum Standards, licensing rules, TRS requirements, and all center policies.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff, including scheduling, performance oversight, and maintaining training documentation.
  • Manage parent communication professionally, including enrollment, concerns, updates, and child progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, curriculum plans, and operational logs.

Key Expectations:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the childcare center.
  • Lead and manage staff with strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and licensing.
  • Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and center needs.

Education:

  • High School Diploma – Required
  • Valid Child Care Director's Credential – Required
  • Child Development Certificate – Preferred
  • Child Education Specialist's Certificate or Diploma – Preferred
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential – Preferred
  • Child Care Certification – Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per year
