Schedule: Part-time 12-16 hours per week | Varies M-F | Dinner shifts 4pm-8pm | Every other weekend

What You'll Do in This Role:

As a Server at our senior living community, you'll do just that You'll be the heart of our dining experience, providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents. With every meal you serve, you'll brighten their day and help them feel valued, cared for, and appreciated.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals to residents with a smile and a friendly demeanor
  • Take orders and ensure accuracy of orders
  • Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions (i.e. ground or pureed diets)
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area

What You'll Need:

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred.
  • Ability to participate in frequent stooping and bending, lifting up to 35 pounds.
