Position Summary
The Commercial Program Specialist position is an individual contributor role that reports to the Brand Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops, communicates, and implements new concepts and plans towards increasing program value. Assists with internal and external events and meetings.
  • Represents Commercial within cross-functional teams tasked with development and deployment of key initiatives and innovations.
  • Collaborates with regional teams to build programs that resonate within each market.
  • Works closely with current Program vendors to ensure program implementation, ongoing performance, and success. Manage day-to-day relationships with applicable vendors to efficiently meet the strategic Plan goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates the collection of data for and prepares the department's operating budget. Works with accounting and organization personnel to process and manage expense budget. Monitors expenses and prepares reports.
  • Responsible for developing a more customer-focused approach to Brand Consumer Relations and own the oversight over consumer inquiries.
  • Opportunity to create new and improved communications to our brand consumers.
  • Responsibility of resolving consumer complaints on and as well as any corporate complaints that come from web-based inquiries.
  • Ownership of decisions around how to properly resolve issues with consumers. Specifically, working with PAR on providing loyalty benefits for certain consumers and well as prepaid card benefits to improve brand reputation.
  • Analysis of consumer relations trends including source, counts, categories, and types. Using this information to provide insight to other Brand Program Specialists.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related experience in lieu.
  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain, or other related area required.
