To meet that growth, we need a recruiter who can build a world-class hiring engine from the inside out. You'll be the connective tissue between hiring managers, leadership, and candidates — ensuring that every hire strengthens our culture, sharpens our execution, and accelerates our growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building the process that makes it repeatable.
What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting across all functions (EPD, GTM and Operations).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities.
Source and engage candidates proactively - you won't wait for great people to apply.
Build and maintain diverse pipeline sources, referral programs, and talent networks.
Manage candidates through the funnel with clarity and care - from first touch to signed offer.
Track and report hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Partner with leadership to refine the interview process, compensation structure, and employer brand.
Help BRM scale responsibly - balancing speed, quality, and culture in every hiring decision.
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
Strong sourcing ability - you know how to find passive talent and build long-term relationships.
Excellent communicator and trusted partner to hiring managers and executives.
Comfortable working autonomously with limited structure; you build processes where none exist.
Organized, metrics-driven, and detail-oriented - you use data to prioritize and improve.
Experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
Familiarity with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, plus demonstrated interest & experience experimenting with AI tools to increase recruiting efficiency
You tend to be reactive, not proactive
You need extensive systems or structure before taking action.
You're uncomfortable giving and receiving direct feedback.
You see recruiting as transactional rather than strategic.
