Austin, Texas, United States Striveworks Full time $155,000 - $200,000
Build, Deploy, and Maintain AI for an Unpredictable World

Striveworks helps organizations harness the power of artificial intelligence to solve real-world national security and business challenges by serving as the command center between data, models, and business outcomes. Founded by data scientists and engineers, Striveworks set out to make the journey from deployment to ongoing optimization simple and effective.

With Striveworks, organizations aren't just deploying AI—they're building systems that remain reliable, adaptable, and ready to scale in an unpredictable world. Mission-critical operations require models that perform where they're deployed, scale as workloads grow, and adapt rapidly as AI capabilities advance. Striveworks meets these demands, increasing reliability and performance while lowering costs—and enabling confident, data-driven decision-making in dynamic environments.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager–AI Platform at Striveworks, you'll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to be a core contributor to the direction of the company. In this role, you will work closely with our software engineering, data science, and sales teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and to ensure that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers.

You're right for this opportunity if you enjoy building highly complex software products and operationalizing cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver enterprise value.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Defining, prioritizing, and scheduling requirements: Work directly with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to write crisp, well-structured requirements and maintain a clear product roadmap. Proactively identify and communicate risks to satisfying requirements.
  • Clearing the pathway for successful execution: Participate in standups, planning, and design sessions to ensure that engineering teams understand priorities and deadlines.  Resolve issues that hinder developer progress. Take ownership for the execution team delivering on time.
  • Validating and testing deliverables: Perform product acceptance testing to confirm that features meet requirements and customer expectations.
  • Documentation and communication: Own the drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, release notes, and internal/external communications on new features.
  • Supporting go-to-market: Partner with marketing to position new capabilities, craft product collateral, and support launch efforts.
  • Staying ahead of the curve: Track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap and strategic decisions.

This position offers a hybrid/on-site environment at our office in northwest Austin, TX.

The Right Fit

In addition to the specific skills and expertise detailed below, we are looking for individuals who share our values. Sharing a set of values allows us to move at the speed of trust.

Collectively, we value a high-trust work environment where people respect each other and use candor kindly and constructively. We value work that intersects passion and perseverance, we geek out about the potential of our contributions, and we find joy in working hard on things that matter. Finally, we value taking ownership, having agency, and feeling individual responsibility for collective results.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into a coherent and compelling product vision
  • Proven ability to write detailed requirements and work closely with engineers to deliver against them
  • Hands-on experience with QA, documentation, and cross-functional product launches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driven, self-directed personality
  • Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
  • Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret (or above) US security clearance
  • Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)
The Wish List

We're very interested in candidates who possess the above qualifications, and we appreciate and consider the addition of:

  • Previous experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience with AI operations tools and strong knowledge of the current landscape
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and related technologies
  • Proficiency with Figma to create product design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
  • Proven ability to define, measure, and analyze platform KPIs and user analytics
  • Experience working with complex and varied data types, such as multi-spectral geospatial imagery, full motion video, hardware telemetry, natural language, or others
  • Active Secret (or above) US security clearance

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $155,000–$200,000/year. Striveworks' total compensation package includes a competitive base salary and annual performance-based equity grants and cash bonus.

The Benefits
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • Voluntary life, long-term disability, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance
  • HSA and FSA (including dependent care FSA) plans
  • 401(k) plan
  • Unlimited PTO
