Primary Duties

1. Begin understanding and learning the differences in the various contract offerings generated by the Contract Administration teams.
2. Prepare contracts and amendments using standard forms and templates. Update and amend contractual Transaction Confirmation Exhibits as required.
3. Enter contractual data into Aligne contract management system. This includes initial setup, amendments, name changes, address changes, billing information and other applications as required. Route contracts for approval and execution.
4. Administers the various agreements entered into by the Atmos marketing teams. Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts and amendments while conforming to state and federal regulations.
5. Practice proper processing, maintenance and retention of contracts and amendments in the appropriate files and records repositories.
6. Follow SOX procedures and maintain adequate records for audit purposes.
7. Research and respond to inquiries and data requests from internal and external customers.
8. Assist with the resolution of outstanding accounts receivables.
9. Monthly review and reconciliation or preliminary invoices before the final invoices are issued to the customers.

PIPELINE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR:

• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the APT pipeline system, its operations and overall capability.

• Enter monthly Pipeline Transportation Rates in Aligne each month for transportation and other services provided by APT for its customers under the assessment of the more experienced administrators.

INDUSTRIAL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR:

• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of Atmos Mid-Tex tariffs and their applications.

• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the various Mid-Tex coalition groups.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience Level:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Communication Skills:
Requires the ability to effectively communicate by exercising strong verbal and written skills as well as presenting excellent interpersonal skills. Requires the ability to communicate with, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers, management/supervisory and legal on matters of a complex nature.

Numeric Skills:
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods and/or make calculations to reconcile financial statements and accounts.

Computer Skills:
Requires basic computer skills to create standardized documents, reports and spreadsheets using various software such as FIS Aligne system, Oracle A/R Database, Microsoft Office Suite products, DocuSign, Laserfiche, and other related software as introduced.

Work Conditions:
Works in an office environment.
Performs essential services during times of inclement weather which may include working after hours, on weekends, and on holidays as needed.
Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
