What You'll Do as a Child Care Team Member

As a Child Care Team Member, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and safe space for the children of our members while they focus on their workouts. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and engaging with children in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. - Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. - Maintaining a clean and organized child care area. - Communicating effectively with parents and team members. - Representing the Burn Boot Camp values of positivity, community, and empowerment.
