Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about enhancing the Team Member experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement across various HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits of non-exempt timecards, addressing missed punches and ensuring compliance with wage and hour policies.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies to maintain accurate hours and an up-to-date roster.
  • Review and communicate work hours to operations leadership, identifying trends and patterns in overtime and double-time.
  • Track attendance and support supervisors in creating corrective actions related to attendance.
  • Support the creation and management of an effective onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Manage swag/gifts inventory for onboarding, ensuring new Team Members receive their packages.
  • Onboard and train new hires on the HRIS mobile system.
  • Collaborate with the Team Member Experience Team to design onboarding schedules.
  • Serve as a key contact for new hires, addressing questions or concerns during onboarding.
  • Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation and systems access.
  • Manage the training system Alchemy for specific site locations.
  • Partner with Team Member Experience Business Partners to assess training needs.
  • Design and maintain training roadmaps for skills enhancement and career progression.
  • Support workshops and training sessions, tracking their effectiveness.
  • Serve as a contact for Team Member feedback, working to improve their overall experience.
  • Plan and monitor Team Member satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Team Member Experience Team to develop morale and engagement initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or general operations administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, onboarding tools, and feedback platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to use data for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to model a people-oriented approach.

Work Environment

This role requires a full-time onsite presence, providing you with hands-on HR experience in a vibrant food and beverage company with a long history.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $32.00/hr.
