Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, business development, and customer relationship management, with experience in B2B sales and territory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise and strategic thinking will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize market coverage.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Support inside sales efforts through follow-up calls, email communication, and virtual meetings as needed.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue per account.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for territory growth and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, along with an understanding of marketing strategies related to sales development.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Analytical skills for assessing market data, sales trends, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
