About Us:

Westborn Chrysler Jeep is a well-established automotive dealership in Dearborn, MI, committed to providing exceptional service and quality parts to our customers. We are seeking a Parts Advisor Assistant & Driver to support our parts department by assisting with daily operations and ensuring timely parts deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Parts Advisor with processing orders, stocking inventory, and organizing parts.
  • Deliver automotive parts to customers and service technicians in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory transactions.
  • Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Load and unload parts safely, ensuring proper handling and care.
  • Keep delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition by reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Perform general administrative tasks within the parts department as needed.
  • Follow dealership policies and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an automotive parts department is a plus but not required.
  • License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records.
  • Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs.
