Position Overview:  We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Worcester. This role is key to ensuring our field teams are equipped and ready to serve our customers efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing tools, parts, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory systems and ensure timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with service and installation teams to fulfill orders efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics and streamline operations
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse software
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
