Mangia Italiana is currently seeking dishwashers/bussers to join our growing kitchen team

A successful candidate is respectful, hard-working, and a team player. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining clean workspaces and providing an excellent dining experience for customers by cleaning pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware/utensils according to the restaurant's standard.

This position is full-time or part-time and pay is hourly (negotiable based on experience). This is a non-exempt role. Role will be scheduled to work on various weeknights, weekends, both mornings and evenings. Weekend nights required. Morning and daytime shifts vary. Days off may rotate. Restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, but some Sunday/Monday hours may be available throughout the year.

  • You're a quick learner and you can understand kitchen/dishwash machinery and provide quality cleaning results.
  • Have a passion to work your way up at the restaurant and you're motivated to continuously learn more.
  • You are comfortable with challenging yourself and are willing to go the extra mile, even when no one is watching.
  • You understand the importance of your role and the effect is has in the daily success of Mangia Italiana.
  • Standing for an extended period of time is not a problem and you can lift up to 30 lbs
  • You know how to take direction and adjust accordingly.
