Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across all three tiers of our business—Service, Renovations, and Installations—on both residential and commercial projects. This role is designed for a high-performing, strategic salesperson who thrives in the construction industry and understands how to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in construction-related sales, is confident managing complex deals, and can lead with consultative selling while aligning client needs with TGA Renovated's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead and manage the full sales cycle for residential, commercial, and service division projects—from lead qualification through proposal, presentation, and close.

·      Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive networking, partnerships, and inbound lead follow-up.

·      Collaborate with the operations and estimating teams to ensure proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with client goals.

·      Represent TGA Renovated's brand values in all client interactions with professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through.

·      Track and report KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline volume, and revenue by division (Service, Renovation, Installation).

·      Negotiate and close complex contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the company.

·      Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in emerging markets, partnerships, and commercial relationships.

·      Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and project reviews as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.

·      Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including social media collaboration, networking events, and client referral programs.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

·      5–7 years of proven sales experience within the construction or renovation industry (residential, commercial, or trade services).

·      Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value projects.

·      Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and project flow.

·      Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·      Proficiency with CRM platforms (JobTread, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with excellent time management.

·      Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
