If you enjoy collaborating with a team while taking ownership of your client portfolio, this role is a fit for you.

About the Role

This role combines portfolio management and client relationship development, allowing you to directly contribute to both individual and team production goals in loans, deposits, and assets under management. You'll work closely with internal partners to offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management services, all while overseeing complex loan portfolios.

If you're seeking a role that allows you to drive growth and create meaningful client relationships, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Process loan requests and manage them through the approval process.
  • Administer complex loan portfolios, tracking covenants, collateral, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio and help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • NMLS certification required upon hire.
  • 10+ years of business development or client development experience, including 5-7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with banking and credit software and CRM systems.
  • Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing complex client relationships.
  • Ability to manage large projects with limited oversight.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $123,000 – $185,400/YR, plus strong bonus potential.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

  • Health savings accounts (HSA)

  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.
  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.
  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
