JOB SUMMARY – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating tools and templates within product development programs. The specifics of the duties can vary depending upon project deliverables as dictated by the needs of the Project Management office, Stage Gate process, or individual project/business needs. This role is responsible for executing and developing improvements related to project processes, tools, and documentations in order to enhance the effectiveness of the PMO and program teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively support project managers in a collaborative environment, completing project deliverables per target timelines and requirementsCreate, update and maintain Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processesDetermine creative ways to update and refine PMO related documentsProvide technical support to R&D Project Managers and cross-functional teams as neededMay perform other duties as assigned  Education and ExperienceUniversity student in minimum 2nd year Level of Degree in the IT, finance, MIS or related field of studyEquivalent work related experience acceptable in lieu of degree  X Yes No0 years of demonstrated experience in related fieldN/A Certifications RequiredAny preferred education, experience or certifications:  N/ASkills/KnowledgeDemonstrated proficiency in project coordination or organizational skillsDemonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environmentProficient in the following computer software applications: MS SharePoint, MS Office Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPointExceptional interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals.
