is seeking a
Human Resources Coordinator
to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:

  • Monitor the selection process and report applicant turnaround time to the supervisor.
  • Track and document applicant progress, including candidate contact, interview outcomes, and reasons for rejection, to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements via ADP.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruiting sources for each job posting.
  • Track employee movement and opportunity access, including promotions, demotions, training, and other benefits.
  • Prepare New Hire Orientation Manuals and track participation.
  • Support the timely processing of personnel actions such as new hires, benefit enrollment/changes, transfers, merit increases, promotions, and terminations.
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and supporting systems (e.g., Excel).
  • Create and maintain employee files in compliance with regulatory guidelines and document retention policies.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
