As a
Lead, Business Operations Analyst,
you'll spearhead operational excellence through research, data analysis, and strategic implementation. You'll drive cross-functional initiatives that optimize the customer journey while mentoring junior team members—balancing short-term process improvements with long-term strategic vision that creates measurable impact across the organization.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience (Advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong mentoring and team development capabilities
• Advanced expertise in operational excellence, process optimization, and data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Superior analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Rally or SharePoint
