Duties

- Work with a team of cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations

- Assists in overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of campus and common areas, and facilities

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Train new cleaning technicians on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to cleaning standards

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply at all times

- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping management and maintenance, to address any cleaning-related issues or requests

Skills

- Strong background in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices

- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers

- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and tasks efficiently
