Position: Roofing Sales Representative

This is not your average sales job. This is a chance to genuinely help homeowners protect their most valuable asset and to be the face of a company built on integrity, accountability, and heart.

As a member of our sales team, you'll lead with care, stand by your word, and represent a brand known for doing right by people.

What You'll Do

  • Source and follow up on leads through canvassing, referrals, and company marketing

  • Perform thorough roof inspections and document findings

  • Present honest, transparent estimates and clearly explain the roofing process

  • Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable

  • Close deals through education, empathy, and relationship-building

  • Work closely with our production and customer care teams for smooth project delivery

  • Uphold our company values in every homeowner interaction

  • Contribute to team sales goals that help fund our outreach and give-back initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales

  • Proven ability to close contracts and exceed revenue goals

  • Professional communication skills and strong emotional intelligence

  • Organized, reliable, and self-driven with a leadership mindset

  • Willing and able to learn roof systems and claim processes (experience = a plus)

  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

  • Someone who wants to grow personally, financially, and professionally
