What We're Looking For

HVAC Mechanics / Foremen with:

  • 5+ years of verifiable commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise 5–10 mechanics and helpers
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 7 years)
  • No serious criminal record within the past 7 years
  • Strong leadership skills with a "hands-on" approach — someone who leads by example and gets the job done
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred but Not Required

  • 2+ years of trade school, community college, or HVAC-related coursework
  • Proficiency in soldering and brazing
  • OSHA 10 or 30 safety training certification
  • Certifications for scissor lifts, forklifts, and aerial platforms
