Job Title: Techno functional Program Manager

Location : Santa Clara, CA

Mission:
Support the Senior Director in executing programs, tracking progress, and preparing high-quality business presentations for monthly reviews with senior executives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • VP Review Preparation Lead the monthly presentation process: gather inputs, validate data, craft narratives, and ensure timely delivery of polished review materials to the Senior Director.
  • Program Tracking Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables within the group; highlight risks, tradeoffs, and recovery plans.
  • Metrics & Reporting Build and update KPI dashboards to monitor throughput, quality, cost, and schedule; translate data into actionable insights.
  • Operational Cadence Support weekly group meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and ensure action items are completed on time.
  • Process Consistency Standardize templates, reporting formats, and operating rhythms for greater visibility and efficiency.
  • Cross Functional Activity, New Product Launch
