About Us

Capital Investment Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company based in Jefferson City, MO. We manage, renovate, and improve residential, multifamily, and commercial properties throughout mid-Missouri. Our in-house contracting division allows us to complete remodels and property upgrades efficiently and with high quality.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in remodeling and construction management. This role will oversee renovation projects from start to finish — coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring every project meets our quality standards. Occasional hands-on work may be required to support smaller projects or time-sensitive repairs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple remodeling and renovation projects from planning to completion
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and materials lists
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure workmanship, safety, and compliance with codes
  • Communicate with property owners, investors, and internal teams on project updates
  • Source materials and manage supply orders to stay on budget and schedule
  • Prepare estimates and proposals for new projects
  • Assist with light maintenance or repair work when necessary

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial remodeling project management
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and create accurate project scopes
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with property management or investment renovations
  • Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project tracking software
  • Trade certifications (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
