What You'll Do:

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to neighbors (customers) in-store and curbside
  • Plan, assign, and oversee team duties during shifts, ensuring accurate completion of opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new product introductions
  • Address neighbor concerns promptly, providing solutions and communicating outcomes to Store Team Leaders
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in alignment with company guidelines and procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Genuine passion for pets and interest in pet care and nutrition
  • Strong communication, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills
  • 2+ years of retail experience with leadership potential
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
