Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
  • Operate various car wash equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality cleaning results
  • Perform detailed vehicle cleaning tasks including washing, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning, and interior detailing
  • Apply buffing and polishing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify additional detailing needs or potential issues
  • Assist with optional services such as window tinting or minor cosmetic touch-ups upon customer request
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and cleaning procedures

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or janitorial/custodial roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
  • Basic knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and cleaning methods is a plus
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and responsibly
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for assisting with vehicle movement when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing techniques
