Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and ensuring that all catering needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and guest relations, with a strong background in culinary practices and event support.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all food and beverage items are presented attractively.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the event.
  • Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a pleasant dining experience.
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during events.
  • Support bartending duties as needed, including serving drinks and managing the bar area.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and catering practices.
  • Excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in food service roles, preferably within a hotel or catering environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
  • Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not required.
