Home Care Marketer

Company: Lagom Care Philadelphia

Location: Community-based (fieldwork position)

Salary: $50,000 Base Salary + Commission ($250 per new client after 30 days)

About Us:

Lagom Care is dedicated to providing compassionate and professional care to individuals in need of home care services. We are a Hispanic Home Care servicing clientele who prefer services in their native language. We are seeking a driven and community-focused Home Care Marketer to join our team and help expand our client base through strong relationships and strategic marketing efforts.

Job Description:

The Home Care Marketer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships within the community to generate new clients for our home care services. This position requires working outside of the office to engage with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet and exceed the monthly quota of 4 new clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to promote our services.
  • Conduct presentations and provide educational materials about our services to potential clients and referral sources.
  • Track and report marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies based on market feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while representing the company.
  • Attend weekly marketing meeting.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
  • Commission: $250 per successful client, paid after 30 days of service.
  • Tools for Success: Cell phone, tablet, and marketing materials provided.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet quotas.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Passion for helping individuals and families in need of home care services.

Quota Expectations:

  • Secure a minimum of 4 new clients per month.
